RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Aromas Avenue Co. LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. We also cannot accommodate returns based on scent expectations; please read all product descriptions, including scent notes, carefully before purchasing. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at SUPPORT@AromasAvenueCo.com for further instructions.

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING COST FOR ALL ORDERS LESS THAN $150 ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON USPS RATES.

ALL ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING, NO CODE IS REQUIRED. 

EXCLUDING SALE TIMES

Please allow 2-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale periods) for processing all orders before they are shipped THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DAY THAT YOU PLACE AN ORDER. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided. To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Aromas Avenue Co. LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

We offer shipping protection through Route, which is automatically pre-selected at checkout for your convenience. If you choose to deselect this option, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages upon delivery.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Please review the product descriptions, as some scents may be available for pre-order. If there is no mention of pre-order in the description, the product will ship according to our usual processing and shipping times. Pre-order items will ship based on the date indicated in the product description.

Pre-order payments are due at the time of purchase. For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that your entire order will ship once the pre-order item(s) are available. We are unable to split shipments, so we recommend placing separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner.
